The Center for Parish Hospitality can provide the materials along with trained professionals that can help to facilitate your efforts to become a more welcoming community.

Company's Coming
A comprehensive book which contains all the information you will need to employ the process for becoming a more welcoming community with minimal outside help.
Parish Mission
The Center for Parish Hospitality will provide a trained professional presenter to conduct a two or three day parish mission designed to heighten your parishioners sensitivity to the needs of newcomers as well as the Biblical and Church history foundation for welcoming the stranger. 
Independent Parish & Mass Observations
The Center for Parish Hospitality will provide a trained professional who will provide your parish team with a comprehensive written report on three important areas of hospitality: the facility, the bulletin (and web site, if any), and specific worship experiences.
Training Parish Teams
The Center for Parish Hospitality will provide a trained professional presenter who will provide the initial five hour training for your parish team. 
Analysis of Parish Survey
The Center for Parish Hospitality will handle all the data input and statistical analysis of your parish surveys and provide your parish team with a comprehensive written report.
Conduct Individual Interviews by Telephone
The Center for Parish Hospitality will conduct individual interviews by telephone with your parishioners and provide your parish team with a comprehensive written report.
Complete Support
The Center for Parish Hospitality can provide trained professionals to handle all aspects of support for your parish team.  We will train your parish team, conduct parish survey analysis, independent parish and Mass observations, individual interviews by telephone with your parishioners, and provide your parish team with a comprehensive written report.  Finally, the Center will conduct a three day parish mission for your parishioners.
