The Center for Parish Hospitality will provide a trained professional observer to  participate and report on three key areas of welcoming: the facility, the bulletin (along with your web site, if any), and all the weekend Mass experiences.  The benefit of using the Center's personnel for this important task is that your will have an independent, informed assessment of the welcoming your community provides a newcomer.  The Center can also conduct a post implementation assessment of your parish after your parish team has implemented its welcoming plan.  The pre and post observations will help you to know if your parish plan has had the desired effect.
